1. Payment:
* PayPal only please.
* Please pay within 7 days after purchase.
* If you require a special arrangement (paying at a later time, instalments, etc) please do not hesitate to send me a conversation.
* Please note that item(s) will not be shipped until full amount is received.

2. Shipping
* Item(s) will be shipped within 3 days after payment is cleared.
* I ship from SCOTLAND.
 - If there is any difficulties I will message you to let you know.
* Domestic (UK): Royal Mail 1st Class.
 - Please allow up to 7 days.
* International: Royal Mail International Small Package
 - Please allow up to 4-8 weeks.
* Please message if you require the item to be sent by registered mail prior to payment and I will adjust the invoice.
* Also, please note that if you choose to go by general mailing as listed, and not registered mail, I should not be held responsible once the item(s) gets through to the Post Office.
* I always keep my posting receipts/proof of postage. Please do not hesitate to send me a conversation if you encounter any questions. Thank you.

3. Refund
* Listed item(s) are refundable within 7 days, excluding postage.
 - Please contact PRIOR to returning item.
* Upon receiving returned item(s) I would refund within 3 days through original PayPal payment account or issue a store credit, whichever is arranged.
* ATTENTION:
 - Customised item(s) are non-refundable.
 - Items under Dragoness' Fantasia are non-refundable.
 - Items under Oops are non-refundable.

4. Additional information
* ITEMS UNDER DRAGONESS' FANTASIA:
 - Please note that the law requirement states that readings, spells, spirits and any metaphysical or paranormal objects are to be sold for entertainment purposes only. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and do so at your own risk. I am not to be held liable for misuse of this item, nor liable for any activity or occurrence that may or may not occur in connection with this item. All sales are final and non-refundable.
* CUSTOM ORDERS:
 - All items except OOAK ones are available for custom orders. Just send me a conversation to discuss the details. - Please allow up to at most a month's time (if more time is needed I would state it in a conversation with you). Therefore if you are wanting a certain custom item for a certain date please place it early. - If you would like the spirits and spells under Dragoness' Fantasia in another item from my store (for the preferred item's discounted price) instead of the listed vessel, please send me a conversation and we can discuss about that. - On the contrary if you would like the vessels under Dragoness' Fantasia but are not into the paranormal, please send me a conversation and I will see what I can do for you.
* FEEDBACK: Please contact me with issues PRIOR to leaving feedback!
 - If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to take care of it for you.
* COLOUR: Most pieces are photographed in natural, indoor lighting.
 - I do my best to capture the exact color of the item(s), but pieces appear different on different monitors. Please keep this on your mind when purchasing online.
* SIZE: Please be sure to check the size reference photo or size description provided for each item.
* ALLERGIES: Please check materials for the item(s) and ask if you have allergy concerns before placing your order.
